verdun. operates a global fulfillment network to deliver our garments as efficiently as possible. To ensure the fastest transit times for our core collections, our printing and distribution hubs are heavily consolidated within the United States, with secondary logistics handled in the United Kingdom.

 Processing & Fulfilment Timelines

• Standard Orders: Please allow 2–4 business days for our team to print, quality-verify, and pack your order before it is handed over to the courier.

• Capsule Drops / Pre-Orders: For specialized, limited-run drops, custom fulfillment windows may apply. Please refer explicitly to the timeline detailed on the individual product page.

Once your order has left our regional facilities, estimated delivery windows are as follows:

Please note: Because our primary print facilities are located in the United States to serve our main market, items shipping to the UK and Europe require international transit and customs clearance, which accounts for the extended delivery window.

International Customs & Import Duties

• Orders shipped domestically within the United States will not incur any customs or import duties.

• For international orders (including shipments entering the UK and the European Union), verdun. is not responsible for local customs delays, import duties, or taxes applied by your destination country's government. Any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package is scanned by the courier, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow a few days for international tracking statuses to update while the package is in transit across regions.

Because verdun. is integrated with the Shopify network, you don't have to constantly refresh email links to see where your order is.

• Real-Time Map Tracking: The moment your garment leaves our US printing hub, you can track its journey across the Atlantic in real time on a live map, clear through international customs, and arrive at your doorstep.
